Just few days back Google integrated YouTube with Google+ for better video sharing , now integration is done with blogger, Google is really putting its power in making Google+ a useful social media with almost all of its other products.

Only public videos are going to be shown by the user, this Tab is located with the other buttons such as Posts, Photos, Videos, +1s.

You have to be signed up with YouTube and have uploaded some videos before this button shows up either on your profile,  otherwise it won’t show up.

When you are integrated, at the top, address of the users YouTube channel and name is shown.

This new feature is only showing a maximum of 9 videos with thumbnails of videos, 3 videos in 1 horizontal line are being shown only, when you click on the icon to play it does not actually play there but instead it takes you to the original source of the video which is YouTube e.g. youtube.com/watch?v=12312.

Typically behind the thumbnail is an outbound link which is not showing up, talk about showing something else to the user and bot.

User experience would have been much more better if the users could have played the video right on Google+ and also could have been able to comment and discuss about it.And view whole videos uploaded by users by going through the pages for viewing older videos uploaded by the user.

For some users who have not yet integrated Google+ with YouTube and the tab is appearing only as Videos.This video tab is the one who have been changed to YouTube when you integrate.

This change has been occurred due to its huge size, the bigger they are the harder they fall not that stuff here but something like that,  when i reviewed this ad unit, i already gave advice to not use this ad unit in place of content , because this ad is huge and the height of 600 will only make users mad , more scrolling to do then get to the real stuff.

If you are using this ad unit in sidebars i hope two or more times per page, really its cool and i know some adsense publishers would want to use it, but if you love not to get warnings from Google consider removing the extra ad of same unit and keep only one, and do all this before  before Jan-10-2012.
