Tell them what you are up to: You are a pure blachat SEO guy, you had been involved in the backdoor, building too many UN-natural links, cloaking, spamming everywhere its, tell them now you had been able to remove such links, no more cloaking what users see bot will also see, you are not building any more UN-natural links, have avoided spam.
So the Google will consider OK this guy is OK , let’s get him indexed.
